Air-Tight Sample Holder with Zero Diffraction Plate for Powder XRD - CHY-XRD

CHY-XRD is an air-tight sample holder of a zero diffraction plate for powder XRD. Zero diffraction plate with the option of OD17mm, which is put inside of the stainless steel holder. The top of the sample holder is covered by Kapton film and tightened by PTFE O-ring. The air-sensitive powder will be put in the cavity of the zero diffraction plate inside the inert gas glovebox.

The sample stage produced using advanced technology has the advantages of high transparency and stable test data. The bottom sample table is tightened with screws and sealed with sealing rings, which can be reused for a long time and is extremely easy to operate. Sample table can be placed  within Φ17mm Sample range.
