Tube furnaces are mainly used in experiments and small batch production in universities, research institutes, industrial and mining enterprises, etc. It has safety and reliability, simple operation, high-temperature control accuracy, good heat preservation effect, large temperature range, high furnace temperature uniformity, multiple temperature zones, optional atmosphere, vacuum furnace type, etc.

The function of tube furnace

1. The tubular furnace can realize the speed adjustment of the beam when the specimen is clamped, and has functions such as overload protection;

2. Optional microcomputer interface, the tube furnace can be connected to a microcomputer to control the test process and store and print data;

3. The tube furnace adopts a high-precision, full-digital speed control system and a precision reducer to drive a precision screw pair for testing to achieve a wide range of test speed adjustments, low noise during the test, and stable operation;

4. Touch key operation mode, real-time LCD display. The display interface can display the test method selection interface, test parameter selection interface, test operation, and result display interface, and curve display interface, which is convenient and quick;

5. Using KF fast flange seal, only one clamp is needed to complete the flange connection. It is convenient and quick to put and take materials, avoiding the possibility of air leakage caused by manual operation of bolt seals; reducing heating due to flange installation The possibility of tube damage;

6. The furnace cover can be opened to observe the heated materials in real-time and quickly cool down to meet the experimental needs of rapid cooling and heating of materials;

7. The furnace adopts imported alumina polycrystalline fiber material, which has good heat preservation performance, durability, high tensile strength, no ball, high purity, and energy-saving effect is obviously better than domestic fiber materials. The resistance wire adopts high resistance high-quality alloy wire 0Cr27Al7Mo2, which is durable. Durable, the highest temperature can reach 1200℃;

8. The vacuum and gas circuit quick interface is reserved, which can be used with the vacuum system and gas mixing system of our factory;

9. 485 conversion interface is optional to realize the mutual connection with the computer. Optional dedicated computer control system to complete remote control, real-time tracking, historical records, output reports, and other functions with a single or up to 200 electric furnaces;

10. A thermocouple can be built in to monitor the temperature of the heated material in real-time;

11. Integrated design of the whole machine, large LED screen LCD display, beautiful and generous, simple operation;

12. Intelligent PID high-precision control, self-tuning function, 30-segment programmable control, 30-segment heating, and cooling program can be set, and no power loss is realized;

13. Precise temperature control, with a variety of thermostats to choose from. After entering the holding state, the temperature fluctuation is small (the temperature control accuracy is ±1℃ and the temperature is uniform ±2℃).
