This 60T Manual Dual-Plate Hot Press combines a robust 60-ton hydraulic system with independently controlled dual heating platens measuring 200×200mm. Designed for laboratories and small-batch production, it offers maximum temperature options of 300℃, 500℃, or 800℃ to cover a broad spectrum of materials, from standard thermoplastics to advanced high-temperature composites and ceramics. Its all-in-one structural design eliminates external hydraulic connections, reducing potential leak points while maintaining a compact footprint suitable for benchtop use.

This 60-ton manual dual-plate hot press is an essential tool for laboratories, R&D centers, and small-scale production across multiple industries:

  • Polymer & Plastics Research: Compression molding of thermoplastics and thermosets including PP, PE, PS, PEEK, PTFE, and polyimide films and sheets for mechanical testing, thermal analysis, and quality control.
