CHY-T1250A vacuum tube furnace max heating temperature can upto 1150 degree. It is equipped with a 440mm heating zone length chamber and OD50*1000mm quartz tube, this furnace can allow vacuum sintering and insert protective gas.It also can combined with gas mixer to be CVD system.
